By accessing or using LobsterDomains.xyz ("the Service"), operated by Aaronsw LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LobsterDomains.xyz is a domain name registration service that accepts payment in USDC and USDT stablecoins. We act as a reseller through our upstream registrar (OpenSRS/Tucows).
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.
Domain registrations are subject to availability and the policies of ICANN and the relevant registry. We do not guarantee that any domain will be available or remain registered. All sales are final once a domain registration is submitted to the registry.
All payments are made in USDC or USDT on supported blockchain networks. Prices are displayed before checkout. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; please verify all details before confirming payment. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
You agree not to use domains registered through our Service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, illegal activity, or any use that violates ICANN policies or applicable law.
The Service and its original content are the property of Aaronsw LLC. You retain full ownership of any domain names you successfully register.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaronsw LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
